30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every jar we make. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund on your first jar of any variant.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@unearthorganics.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging. Partially used jars are eligible for return under our 30-day guarantee — we want you to actually try it before deciding.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@unearthorganics.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Heat-Related Softening

Our whipped tallow cream is a natural, anhydrous product and may soften or partially melt during warm-weather shipping. This does not affect the product’s quality or efficacy. Simply refrigerate the jar for 15–30 minutes to restore its whipped texture. Heat-related softening is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable. Bundle discounts will be adjusted if individual items from a bundle are returned.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. To get a different scent, return your current jar for a refund and place a new order for the variant you’d like.
