Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET or on Sundays ship the next business day.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (USPS, 3–7 business days): Free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping (USPS Priority, 1–3 business days): Free on orders over $100. For orders under $100, express shipping is calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@unearthorganics.com.

Heat-Sensitive Product Notice

Our whipped tallow cream is a natural, anhydrous product made without preservatives or stabilizers. During warm weather, the cream may soften or partially melt in transit. This is completely normal and does not affect the product’s quality or effectiveness. If your product arrives soft, simply refrigerate the jar for 15–30 minutes to restore its whipped texture.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it. If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
